Enrichment Program

Become a Partner

The Centers’ H.O.P.E. Campus® Enrichment Program is built on a simple, foundational belief: kids deserve experiences that inspire them. While residential care often focuses on stabilization and treatment, H.O.P.E. focuses on enrichment. We provide tailored, high-interest activities that supplement the formal service plan, ensuring that a youth’s residential stay is defined not just by their progress in therapy, but by the discovery of new passions and skills.

Our program is designed to walk alongside the clinical process. We recognize that healing happens best when youth are engaged in enjoyable, desired activities that build confidence and provide a sense of normalcy.

Core Pillars

  • Youth-Centered Design: We use an organized process to match programming directly to the wants and desires of our youth.

  • Quality Partnerships: Every community partner is thoroughly vetted to ensure a smooth experience and high-quality mentorship.

  • Purposeful Supplementation: These experiences are not tied to long-term behavioral compliance; they are rights-based opportunities intended to bolster the existing service plan through real-world skill building.

Program Expectations

To ensure we are setting youth up for success, the following expectations apply to staff, partners, and participants:

  1. Integration & Documentation

    • Clinical Alignment: Enrichment activities must complement the program’s clinical approaches.

    • Consistent Documentation: Every session must be documented to reflect participation, skill acquisition, and emotional response. This data is essential for demonstrating outcomes to stakeholders and families.

  1. Partnership & Vetting

    • Community Excellence: We maintain strong community partnerships by ensuring all external providers understand the unique needs of our population.

    • Safety & Quality: All partners undergo a rigorous vetting process to ensure they provide a safe, therapeutic, and high-quality environment.

  1. Tailored Programming

    • The “Right Fit” Model: Activities must be adapted to the youth’s specific length of stay. Whether a youth is with us for seven days or thirty days, the experience should feel complete and impactful.

    • Skill Building: Every program should offer a tangible takeaway (i.e., a technical skill, a creative output, or an improved social-emotional competency).

  1. Environment & Atmosphere

    • Positive Reinforcement: The atmosphere is one of “positive experiences.” We prioritize joy and engagement, ensuring that enrichment feels like a reward for being themselves.

    • Organized Logistics: Staff are expected to be prepared and manage the “behind-the-scenes” logistics to ensure a seamless transition from the residential unit to the enrichment activity.

Our Goal

The Centers’ H.O.P.E. Campus® aims to provide a bridge between residential treatment and the community, ensuring that every youth leaves our care with a sense of accomplishment and a portfolio of positive memories.
