What services does The Centers provide?
The Centers offers healthcare, behavioral health, dental care, early learning, workforce development, youth residential services, primary care, recovery support, and other services designed to help individuals and families thrive.
Do I need insurance to receive services?
No. You do not need insurance to receive care at The Centers, our doors are open to all. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance plans, and many services are available on a sliding fee scale based on income. Our team can help you understand your options and find the most affordable path to care.
How do I make an appointment? After hours?
For Integrated Health & Wellness Centers appointments call 216-325-WELL (9355). If you have questions or concerns about your health care when the office is closed, including evenings and weekends, please call 216-721-4010 to speak with someone on call who can assist you.

You can turn to The Centers for support. Contact our team 216-325-WELL (9355) or you will soon be able to visit the 24/7 Glick Recovery Campus, where individuals can be assessed and connected to treatment, recovery support, and ongoing care based on their unique needs.
I didn't know The Centers had a dentist. Can you tell me about your dental care?

What ages do your Early Learning programs serve?
Our Early Learning programs serve children from infancy through preschool (0-5yrs old) and are designed to help children learn, grow, and thrive.

Does The Centers offer paid Workforce Development training?
Most Workforce Development programs are not paid. However, some participants may qualify for stipend opportunities based on eligibility and program requirements.
Can I complete Workforce Development programs remotely?
Workforce Development programs are offered in a hybrid format. Some activities can be completed remotely, but participants are required to attend certain sessions in person.

The goal is to assess, stabilize, and connect individuals to ongoing care as quickly as possible, with most people expected to be discharged within 23 hours. For those who need additional support, the campus also offers short-term residential treatment services to help continue their recovery journey.
