St. Vincent's Medical Arts Building

Why Are We Fundraising for our Capital Campaign?

In 2024, The Centers announced a visionary step toward the organization’s future: the relocation of our organizational headquarters to the former St. Vincent Charity Medical Office Building (MOB) located in the heart of Cleveland’s Central neighborhood. This decision is in support of our strategic goal to break down access barriers and provide a continuum of services that address the complex needs of communities, delivered without judgment, in a warm, caring, and dignified environment.

How Will Your Support Help the Community?

By relocating our headquarters to the MOB, The Centers will become an anchor institution that provides accessible, high-quality, integrated healthcare services in Cleveland’s Central neighborhood. This will mark a transformative shift in the availability of services in an area of the city that has experienced systemic racism, a chronic lack of resources, and numerous other conditions that negatively affect health outcomes. As we work to build trust and learn more about our new neighborhood, we are engaging with various community-based partners, organizations, and leaders to ensure that the MOB meets the complex healthcare needs of the community.
