Our free workforce programs are open to anyone 18+ and include short-term career training, specialized industry certifications, and job placement services with numerous regional and national employers.

Work &
Recovery

Supported employment and education is a well-defined approach to helping clients participate in the competitive labor market, helping them find meaningful jobs, and long-term job coaching through our behavioral health team.

Fathers & Families Together

The Fathers and Families Together program is open to all men interested in developing fathering skills, including financial literacy, educational life skills, father-focused law, and more!

Can I afford it?

Yes! All of our Workforce Development services are free for our community. We have a vast network of corporate partners who teach in our classrooms, provide career assistance, and hire from our program.

We Offer:

  • Support offered FREE of charge
  • Choice of 4 to 8-week training tracks
  • Ohio’s only full-time Spanish language general job readiness training
  • Skill building, including resume writing and interview practice
  • One-on-one job search and placement services
  • Supportive services up to 6 months after employment
