The Centers and Circle Health serve everyone who comes to see us. We have a flexible sliding fee scale for most offerings, and also accept private insurance.

When can I be seen?

At five convenient healthcare locations, we offer: flexible hours, family appointments, urgent care, same-day appointments, and walk-in hours for some services. If you have an emergency after hours, we’re on-call 24/7.

We are sure you have questions and concerns about COVID-19, or coronavirus. We are here to help you get answers to your questions.

What is the Coronavirus?

COVID-19, or coronavirus disease 2019, is an upper respiratory tract disease. As a reminder, COVID-19 symptoms include fever, cough and shortness of breath. The incubation period is two to 14 days after exposure. The infection can be very mild to full-blown pneumonia, but it appears that 80% of cases are mild.

In order to avoid exposure to others, and for your safety and convenience, we will conduct an evaluation over the telephone before confirming your appointment.

At this time, we are unable to test for the Coronavirus.

Step two: if you are exhibiting symptoms:

After our provider asks you questions and evaluates your symptoms, he or she will indicate whether to have a telehealth visit, come in to our location, seek further evaluation, or to simply stay at home.

What can I do if I don’t have an appointment?

If you need medical attention for COVID-19 symptoms, please 833-4-ASK-ODH for information on local providers and testing facilities or visit coronavirus.ohio.gov. If you do not need medical attention for symptoms, please call us to make an appointment at 216-325-WELL.

All of our health services—pharmacies, counseling, psychiatry, primary care, addiction, alcohol and substance abuse—are open to serve new and current patients virtually and in our offices when appropriate.
