Helping employers find—and
retain—job-ready, qualified candidates

Join our network of more than 100 regional employers who partner with The Centers to find qualified candidates for hire. Our clients are prepared for placement across all industries by earning third-party industry certifications
and taking soft-skills training that set them apart in the hiring process and
on the path toward a career.

To learn more about how you can partner,

We’re Your Hiring Partner

We’re uniquely focused on understanding each employer’s hiring needs and expectations. Because of these strong relationships, we can make the right matches, resulting in greater retention and reduced turnover costs.

Case Management & Retention Services

Through intensive case management and coaching, we get to know each of our clients—their skills, interests, strengths, challenges—and help them address issues that may have been barriers in the past. Employers and employees receive over six months of service from our Retention Team, which provides ongoing support for continual success.

Customized Placement Services

We offer customized private hiring events with trained, pre-screened candidates and direct placement services. Contact us to learn more about how we can support your goals.
