Free & fast HIV screening

We offer HIV prevention, education, screening (with results in just 20 minutes), and treatment—no appointment necessary.

Chronic care management

We provide continuous care for chronic disease. We’ll help you manage everything from heart disease to diabetes.

Pediatric Care

We provide children of all ages with services like school physicals, same-day sick visits, and vaccinations. Flexible scheduling allows family appointments for siblings. Location limitations apply.

COVID-19 Testing is now available at The Centers and free to the public.

All of our health services—pharmacies, counseling, psychiatry, primary care, addiction, alcohol and substance abuse—are open to serve new and current patients virtually and in our offices when appropriate.
