The Centers Named a 2026 USA TODAY Top Workplaces Winner
April 9, 2026
Recognition is based entirely on employee feedback; organization continues major hiring amid expansion of behavioral health and family services
CLEVELAND, OH — April 9, 2026 | The Centers announced today that it has been named a 2026 USA TODAY Top Workplaces winner, a national recognition based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential workplace survey.
Only 408 organizations nationwide with 500–999 employees received this designation in 2026, placing The Centers among an elite group of employers recognized for workplace culture and employee experience.
“This recognition belongs to our staff,” said Eric L. Morse, President and CEO of The Centers. “Being named a USA TODAY Top Workplace means our employees feel heard, supported, and connected to purpose. At a time when we are expanding services and welcoming new team members to support major initiatives like the Glick Recovery Campus and our H.O.P.E. Campus Welcome Center, this recognition affirms that the culture we are building is one where people can grow, contribute, and do meaningful work together.”
The USA TODAY Top Workplaces designation is determined solely by employee responses, measuring factors related to engagement, alignment, leadership trust, and workplace culture. The recognition reflects how employees experience their organization, rather than any external nomination or application process.
As The Centers continues to expand access to behavioral health, family, and community-based services across Northeast Ohio, the organization is actively hiring for a wide range of roles. This includes positions at the Glick Recovery Campus, a new behavioral health center opening in September, as well as roles supporting The Centers’ H.O.P.E. Campus and its upcoming Welcome Center, which will serve as a front door to care for children, families, and individuals seeking coordinated support.
The Centers plans to recognize this achievement in phases throughout the year, beginning with a gratitude-focused announcement this spring. The organization will further connect the recognition to its culture and strategic priorities during June town halls, followed by a full staff celebration later in the year.
